meet chelsey
Chelsey, founder of INJX Aesthetics, is a proud Sussex County, Delaware native whose healthcare journey started close to home. After graduating from the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing in 2014, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Wilmington University. Currently, she's furthering her career by pursuing a Master’s degree to become an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), reflecting her drive for growth and excellence in healthcare.
With over ten years of bedside nursing experience, Chelsey’s passion for patient care led her to earn her certification as a nurse injector in 2022. She has since sharpened her skills through advanced aesthetic training and an intensive year-long apprenticeship, making her a trusted expert in the field.
Outside of her career, Chelsey’s greatest joy comes from her family. She and her husband, Justin, stay busy with their three children, Henry, Hudson and Charlotte. Whether they’re at the beach, out on the water, or enjoying time in the sun, family moments are what matter most to her.
Lexi, founder of INJX Aesthetics, has returned to her Delaware roots to bring her dreams to life. After five exciting years in Nashville, she’s back home and ready to make an impact.
Lexi’s journey began in 2015 when she became a licensed esthetician, sparking her passion for the beauty industry. But her ambitions didn’t stop there. In 2019, she graduated from the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing, expanding her skills to offer medical-grade services to her clients.
After working at the bedside, Lexi rediscovered her love for aesthetics and, in December 2023, proudly earned her certification as a nurse injector. She now blends her nursing expertise with her creative passion to provide exceptional care.
In addition to her professional achievements, Lexi is a dedicated mother to her three children, Naomi, Zara, and Cohen. While Delaware is now home, she still enjoys traveling, soaking in the city vibes, and maintaining the connections she made during her time away.
